Managing forms
You can create web or PDF forms. Web forms are usually preferable because (when done correctly) they are automatically uniform and accessible. Furthermore, they are easier to handle digitally (e.g., via FIONA or SharePoint).
See the FIONA help page on how to set up web forms in FIONA. For further questions, contact the Regional Computing Center’s service line.
Creating accessible PDF forms is relatively complex and requires sound knowledge. If you create the design in Microsoft Word, you generally need to make extensive revisions in Acrobat Pro. As such, we cannot provide a brief description of the process here. If you need help creating accessible PDF forms, contact us directly.
