Notify the service team!
Persons familiar with the area should instruct the fire department / police!
In case of fire:
- Remain calm
- Report fire -> emergency phone number: (0) 112
- Inform the concierge
Proceed to safety:
- Warn persons in danger / activate building alarm.
- Take those in need of help with you, close doors.
- Follow marked escape routes, do not use the elevators.
- Go to designated gathering place, observe instructions.
Has everyone left the building?
If no, inform the fire department / police as soon as they arrive!
Attempt to extinguish the fire:
- Use fire extinguisher.
- Use extinguishing hose.
- Use fire-fighting resources and equipment.
- Saving lives is more important that putting out fire!
