Section 32: Campus Management

We coordinate IT requirements in collaboration with the faculties, including the equipping of teaching and learning spaces. We are also responsible for the technical operation and further development of learning platforms, such as OpenOlat, and offer support for electronic exams.

We are responsible for the technical operation and further development of the STiNE and Docata campus management systems, ensuring support for administrative processes throughout the entire study programme. We also provide data and system integration as well as data analysis and reporting.

We work closely with the faculties, the Digital Office, the RRZ and the Smart Administration unit. We play a coordinating and advisory role in the DL-network. Together with the central teaching and research facilities (HUL, HCDS and FDM), we continue to develop technological support for teaching.

We coordinate the further development of the digital service portfolio in the Department of Studies and Teaching. We support decision-making and implementation processes, clarify legal issues and take responsibility for selected cross-faculty projects.
