Conflict Prevention and Resolution
When communication stops working, misunderstandings constantly arise, and cooperation becomes exhausting and energy-draining, this is generally a matter of unresolved conflicts. Usually, a lot has happened before a person even uses the word “conflict.”
Taking a different perspective could help detect early on if there is a need for a change in or agreement on how those involved work together. Conflicts are thus also seen as opportunities for and drivers of change.
The earlier conflict warning signs are picked up and dealt with, the greater the likelihood that issues can be clarified and collaboration improved.
