After introducing the digital ProfiTicket and parallel to the introduction of the Deutschland-Ticket, the HVV and the S-Bahn Hamburg (public transport systems), as contacts for companies, have set up a subscription portal for users of the ProfiTicket.

Thereafter, new subscriptions are handled by the ticket-holders themselves via the subscription portal:(https://abo.ride-ticketing.de/app/login?partnerId=a0GfvkSL6JJe6h9uhICF_FHH) New ticket accounts in KoPers run by Human Resources entail fare being withheld from salaries, but no ticket is sent to the ticket-holder.

To ensure timely subscription, observe the deadlines below:

• New subscriptions for the current month can be undertaken by the 5th of the month in question.

For example: A new subscription valid for October can be documented by 5 October 2023 in the subscription portal.

To ensure cancellation, observe the deadlines below:

• Cancellations for the following month can be documented in the subscription portal only up to the 10th of the current month.

For example: A cancellation from 31 October 2023 needs to be recorded by 10 October 2023 in the subscription portal.

• New subscriptions for the current month can be undertaken by the 5th of the month in question. Another example: A new subscription valid for August can be documented by 5 August 2023 in the subscription portal.

The deadlines are determined by the City of Hamburg. Your HR staff cannot alter or ignore these.

Digital ProfiTickets are automatically deactivated after they are terminated and are no longer displayed or updated.
