Book central lecture halls for courses

Course bookings for lecture halls should be done via the University’s central lecture hall booking.

Complete the following form to book a conference room at Mittelweg 177:

Please note that the conference and training rooms are reserved for staff of the University Administration at Mittelweg 176/177 only.

Refer to the front office of the respective institute in order to book seminar rooms for courses.

If you are not planning a course, but

need a venue for a special event;
are planning a joint event with third parties;
want to book a room for AStA, a departmental student representative committee, or a University student group;
need to request an extension of building access hours for your event; or
want to use foyer space,
