World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day takes place each year on 10 October. This initiative was launched in 1992 by the World Health Organization and the World Federation for Mental Health to educate about mental health and mental illness and to raise awareness about how our mental well-being influences our quality of life and performance.
This year, we have once again put together an extensive program of events for this day of action to help you maintain your mental health.
