Hiring of academic staff with a job advertisement: Check in the table below which documents you must submit when:

* Required if the measure is shorter or longer than the current contract runs and/or the qualification goal changes, or an additional/other qualification goal is added.

** Required if the measure involves changes to the employee’s tasks (e.g., in case of an application for another position).

*** Submit this document once an employee has been selected.

Hiring of academic staff without a job advertisement: Check in the table below which documents you must submit when:

Documentation of fixed-term employment:

After reviewing your request, the coordinator will determine which document you must complete to document the fixed-term employment. They will then email you this document to complete.

Hiring of technical, administrative, and library staff with a job advertisement

* Except positions (or parts of a position) to be filled by a deputy and/or substitute.

** Required if employment is to be continued in another position.

*** In this case, a summary of the job description is required (current position and tasks for additional hours).
