Process management
A process describes a sequence of activities that we perform to achieve certain goals. The point is not merely to conduct these activities efficiently but to integrate them into our organizational culture and strategy.
There are different approaches to optimizing processes. On the one hand, there is classic project management, in which processes are planned in advance and implemented step-by-step. This approach values stability, predictability, and manageability. On the other hand, there is agile process management, which is more flexible and can adapt quickly to change. This approach favors adaptability, collaboration, and quick responses to changes. Regardless of approach, the Quality & Change Management Team can help you identify and implement the best way to meet your needs.
Our goal is to ensure that procedures are well-structured, effective, and in line with the University’s values and goals.
